其实人力资源英语是英语的一个专业类别，如果本版能介绍一些英语详细的学习方法，或英语学习类的软件，而不仅仅局限于很专业的人力资源英语，也可以要求大家在回帖的时候最好中英文对照，这样可以提升大家动脑学英语的能力，觉得不错～

大家都知道,英语学习贵在坚持!在实际的学习中,大家感到单词记忆是个比较大的问题点!
所以如果在这个地方能够多讨论下记忆单词的方法也蛮不错了!!

我一直想提高英语口语和听力水平，我想很多人都应该有和我一样的愿望，那么大家不妨共同努力：
1：对于听力方面，楼主每天（周一到周五）可以上传一篇英语听力（时间在3——5分钟最好，内容可以是小故事或新闻等），并附上听力原文，方面大家纠正自己。听力资料楼主可以到普特等大的英语网站下载，也可以悬赏大家提供材料，也可让大家上传自己认为比较好的听力资料，进行奖励。
2，对于口语方面，楼主可以推荐一些经典电影，并附上中英文对白，大家多看多听多背，对提高英语很有帮助。大家也可自由推荐喜爱的英文影片，楼主可对其奖励，
3.建立一个***，大家多交流学英语的经验。
4.建立一个英语资料下载区，英语单词，英语文章……  大家上传自己认为有帮助的资料，帮助大家。

听\读同时进行:每天一小段听力材料并配有录音.如果有HR专业方面的听力资料最好,因为毕竟在这个坛子的家人大部分都是从事HR工作的,听到\读到相关的资料,更容易提高兴趣,也有利于坚持.
写:HR们也可以针对当天发生的有意义的事用英语写下来，一是锻炼自己的英语水平，二来也可以和同仁们共同分享HR工作经验。两全其美，呵呵。

why are we study english? communicate or just for read? in my view, in china ,education is not  good for study any language , because we don't have a great enviroment for speak, just for see it ,  with read more book we don't have improve too much .so ,we need to learn practice english , learn how to speak .

对，既然是英语版块，大家就该用英文发贴，没词查过了在发上来。这样每天就会学习到，光等别人或斑竹发资料，自己不行动那是不行的。在这里，即使写错也没关系啊，大家可以猜，然后作答，同样是学习。

My husband works in Japanese enterprise,but his english is poor.So I have to be a teacher for him. My job 's environment has no english, my english words is lack. I think I should speack with him off work everyday.He makes progress and so do I.

I hope ,on this club, we all can create a platform fo JOB POSITION for everyone . I mean, if some of us locate in the same city, if one member employeed by foreign enterprise,so he or she can provide his company's vacancy position for everyone.Of course, precondition is personal suitable for this vacancy AND we learn each other.

英语如果要切实提高水平，就必须投入到听和说当中来，建议上传一些诸如大学英语听力的素材和一下经典英文电影的短片上来，大家都会有兴趣。
专业方面的术语只能去记了……
